Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel your membership at any time and you will not be charged again after your current period ends.
Can I upgrade from Exclusive to Premium?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will sort it out for you immediately.
How do I get access after paying?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your personal access code, usually within 24 hours. Enter that code on the member login page to unlock your notes. Your code is registered to you, so please do not share it.
Is the content updated regularly?
Yes. We update notes, add new case breakdowns, and upload new practice questions regularly throughout the semester to keep your content fresh and exam-relevant.
What is 1-on-1 tutoring?
Exclusive and Premium members get access to live online tutoring sessions with Kopano. Sessions are booked via WhatsApp and conducted via video call. Topics are tailored to your specific needs.
